Deli Works 3/4/2009

BARBACOA says: I paid $8.26 for what amounted to ~8" of bread with about 3 pieces of cold cuts on it, a tiny bit of lettuce, two slices of tomato, chips and a Snapple. The sandwich was dry, meat was boring and toppings sparse. Anything from Subway would have kicked this things ass. We were hoping to find a little hole-in-the-wall place that had really good subs for cheap, but this was anything but. Worst place I've been to yet since I got to Crystal City. Oh, and no free refills on fountain drinks.

Score: 2 out of 10

PT says: In short...Deli Works is BEAT. I usually like my Tuna Melt to be melted and my sandwich to be large enough to at least feed a toddler. There are better sandwich and sub options for sure.

Score: 3 out of 10

CORNDAWG says: Suuuuuuuuuuuuuck! No free-fills on fountain soda?! And they don’t seem to understand the concept of a sandwich very well. I think this place is merely a front for human trafficking. Definitely not a place for sandwich trafficking.

Score: -0 out of 10
